Although we did not visit the little country of Andorra - due to snowy conditions - we had to visit the little country of Monaco. It was warm and sunny and most pleasant. We got lost - of course - but it did not matter. We enjoyed a walk along the pier and looked at the high cliffs off the coast of Monaco.
After re-orienting ourselves, we found the Océangraphic Museé. This museum has a very large aquarium with many fish from the Mediterranean and other tropical seas. The fish were so colorful! We even saw fish from deep tropical waters that were really ugly. We saw many varieties of flat fish. Some of the flat fish have both eyes on the same side of their head. These fish can camouflage themselves along the coastal waters because they are spotted and have the same coloring as sand. Some of the flat fish look like rays and light reflections from the sun, if you view them from the sea floor. These fish had beautiful silver-metallic colors.
